What our history says:

August 13, 2013 by Jim:

Hal is a consummate professional. The thing I most appreciated with Hal is that he was forthright in his assessment of risks, costs and potential outcomes. He didn't soft pedal anything and took extra time to discuss strategy, cost-effectiveness and risks. He was tenacious without being overbearing and kept me in the loop. In the end, we settled the case very favorably in mediation. Another interesting aspect of the case after mediation was that the mediator commented that Hal's attorney fees appeared to be about half of what the other side charged their client, and that client had to pay me the money! I hope I don't get into the same situation again, but if I do, Hal is the first attorney I will call.
